  • UAE eInvoicing is the national electronic invoicing system introduced by the UAE Ministry of Finance. It enables businesses to create, validate, exchange, and manage compliant eInvoices in the PINT-AE format through the Peppol network via an Accredited Service Provider (ASP).

  • UAE eInvoicing is rolling out in phases. Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026, with eInvoicing mandatory from 1 January 2027. Businesses below AED 50 million must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027, with eInvoicing mandatory from 1 July 2027. Government entities must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027, with eInvoicing mandatory from 1 October 2027.

  • An eInvoicing Service Provider (ASP) is an Accredited Service Provider recognized by the UAE Ministry of Finance. An ASP connects your business to the UAE eInvoicing network so you can send and receive compliant eInvoices through the Peppol framework.

  • UAE eInvoicing primarily applies to B2B and B2G transactions as defined by the Ministry of Finance. Certain transaction types may be excluded based on MoF guidelines. Refer to the official Ministry of Finance guidance for the latest scope and exclusions.
