Can I send transactions through email directly to my customers?
You can email a copy of the transaction to your customer even if the transaction has already been pushed through Peppol. You can also send transactions directly via email to:
- Customers who are not registered in Peppol
- Customers who are not registered as businesses and
- Customers outside the UAE, where cross-border Peppol is not supported.
