Activity

You can view all the activities you’ve performed in Zoho Expense for a particular period. To view the activity analytics:

1. Navigate to My View.
2. Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.
3. Click Activity Logs under Activity

Activity Logs

View activities such as creating transactions, editing transactions, submitting transactions for approval, etc., for a given period. Details regarding the date and time of performing the action will be displayed. You can also view and compare the various versions of the transactions from the time they were created. To do this:

1. Navigate to My View.
2. Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.
3. Click Activity Logs under Activity.
4. Click Show Versions next to the activity.

5. Click Compare in the top right corner of the page.
6. Select any two versions to compare, then click Compare again to confirm. Both versions will be displayed, with the changes highlighted.
