Is it possible to automatically convert the quotes accepted by my customers to invoices?

Yes, the quotes that your customers accept can be automatically converted to invoices. To convert:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Quotes under Sales.
• In the General tab, under the Automatically convert an accepted quote to invoice? section, select:
  • Yes. Create Invoice as Draft if you want to convert the quote to an invoice and save it in the draft state.
  • Yes. Create and Send if you want to convert the quote to an invoice and send it to the customer directly.
• Click Save.
