Budgets Analytics
You can compare your budget with the actual spending of your business. To view the budget analytics:

Users in custom roles can perform actions and access modules only based on the permissions enabled for them.
Budgets is available only in the Premium and above plans.
- Click Admin View.
- Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.
- Click the Budget vs Actuals report under Budgets.
Budgets vs Actuals
View a comparative study of your budgets and the actual amount spent under each expense category on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis. Also, you can find the amount spent over your budget under each expense category. If you would like to include the unapproved expenses to calculate your actuals, you can customise your analytics report and include the unapproved expenses.
