What do I do when the emails I send to my customers are undelivered?
The emails you send to your customers could be undelivered due to various bounce issues like relaying issues, bad mailbox, etc. In that case, you will get an email from us stating that the email is undelivered, and the bounce details will be displayed below, along with the Bounce Reason.
