Integrate Zoho Billing with Zoho Books
Zoho Books is an online accounting software that helps businesses manage income, expenses, banking, taxes, and financial reporting. If you use Zoho Billing to manage subscriptions and billing, you can integrate your organisation with Zoho Books to manage the accounting for those transactions. This integration keeps key module data in sync across both applications, so you can manage billing and accounting without transferring data manually.

Zylker is a cloud storage company that offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. It uses Zoho Billing to manage subscriptions, send invoices, collect payments, and handle failed payments. Its finance team uses Zoho Books to manage accounting, bank transactions, and tax reporting.
By integrating Zoho Billing with Zoho Books, customer and transaction data stays synchronised between both applications. When Zylker creates billing transactions such as invoices, payments, or refunds in Zoho Billing, the corresponding data is available in Zoho Books for accounting. This helps reduce duplicate data entry, keeps financial records organised, and simplifies tax reporting and reconciliation.
How Sync Works
Zoho Billing and Zoho Books use a two-way sync for common modules. Changes made to records in either application sync automatically to the other. You can view customers and transactions created in Zoho Billing in Zoho Books and use Zoho Books to review financial reports for those transactions. This lets you use Zoho Billing for subscriptions and advanced billing while keeping your accounting data connected to Zoho Books.
If you’ve enabled the multi-currency feature in Zoho Billing and recorded transactions in foreign currencies, those currencies will also be available in Zoho Books. If a payment gateway is configured in Zoho Billing and is supported in Zoho Books, it will be configured automatically in Zoho Books.
