How do I create items in currencies other than my base currency?
To create items in currencies other than your base currency, you will have to Enable Price Lists.
Note: Price Lists is available only in certain plans of Zoho Books. Visit the pricing page to check if it’s available in your current plan.
After enabling price lists:
- Go to Items on the left sidebar, and select Price Lists.
- Click + New in the top right corner of the page to create a new price list.
- Enter a Name for the price list and select the Transaction Type for the price list.
- Select the Price List Type as Individual Items and choose the Pricing Scheme.
- Now, select the Currency you prefer.
- Enter the other necessary details, and click Save.
Note: You cannot edit the Transaction Type and Price List Type of an existing price list.
By following the steps above, you will have now created items with different currencies.
