How Zoho Campaigns helped an HR firm scale

A quarter million participants from more than 300 cities across 42 countries have participated in and benefited from their programs in the last 30 years.
Nikhil Desai, Director of The Centre for Excellence, talked to us about keeping up with the changing times and how he uses Zoho Campaigns to scale his business.
"We came across Zoho Campaigns through an email and have been using the tool since 2017," said Nikhil, who's also an international motivator, trainer, coach, as well as a recipient of The Lifetime Achievement Award at the World HRD Congress.
How does an email marketing tool help a human resources specialist firm that runs several programs beneficial for leaders and working professionals?
"Zoho Campaigns has been helpful in regularly communicating with our clients," said Nikhil. "We use the tool extensively to send details of our upcoming programs to draw more traction."
Their team uses Campaigns to send emails to their audience once or twice a month. "Right from creating a campaign and managing contact list to a dynamic dashboard, we use all the essential features of Zoho Campaigns," said Nikhil. "We also keep a keen eye on the 'Sent Campaigns' section to analyze the performance of every campaign."
Most importantly, he thanks the Zoho Campaigns support team. "The experience with Zoho Campaigns has been excellent, especially the support team," he said. "Naveen and Karthik have always been there to help us whenever we need."
