How can I create a user who has API access?

2Checkout has two types of users - users with Seller Area Access and users with API Access. A user cannot have access to both Seller Area and API simultaneously. To provide API access to new users:

• Navigate to the Account tab and select User Management.
• Click + Create Username.
• Enter an Email, Username and Password.
• Select API Access from the right pane and enable API Updating.
