How can I disable my Zoho Payments account in Zoho Checkout?

If you don’t want to collect payments from your customers through Zoho Payments, you can disable it.

Note If you use another Zoho Finance app where your customer cards or bank accounts are associated with recurring profiles, remove it to disable Zoho Payments.

Warning Zoho Payments is automatically synced across all your Zoho Finance apps, so disabling it in one app will disable it in all other Zoho Finance apps.

To disable:

Go to Settings and select Payment Gateways.
Click the More icon next to Zoho Payments and select Disable.
Provide a reason for disabling Zoho Payments, then click Disable.

Zoho Payments will be disabled in Zoho Checkout.
