My customers are facing problems while trying to make a payment using PayPal Business. What should I do?

Note This FAQ applies to users who have enabled the PayPal integration before June 30, 2023.

When you configure PayPal Business as the payment gateway, your customers will be required to log in to a US-PayPal account to make the payment for the Payment Page which means that their country must be set to United States in their PayPal account.

Even though you have a PayPal Business account, you can select PayPal Standard as the payment option on the configuration screen if you want your customers to make payments using their credit cards.
