I am unable to delete a bank transaction as it says “The transaction has been categorized/matched” although the transaction’s status shows as manually added. How do I delete it?
To delete a bank transaction under such cases:
- Make sure the transaction has been categorized in another bank account. You can find this in the transaction’s description.
- Go to the respective bank/ cash account.
- Search for the transaction and click Unmatch / Uncategorize to remove it from the previous account as well.
