How do I resolve the “Business Phone Number Deleted” error when I send messages to customers in Zoho Books?

This error occurs when the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Business account has been deleted in the Meta Business Suite. To resolve this:

  • Add a new phone number to your WhatsApp Business account in the Meta Business Suite.
  • Then, update the WhatsApp Business account in your Zoho Books organisation with the new phone number.

You can then send WhatsApp messages to your customers without any interruptions.
