Should I send a predefined message to my customer to initiate the chat if I give End Session?

If the chat session has not expired, you need not send a predefined message after clicking End Session. You can simply click Chat and continue the conversation. End Session will allow other users of your organisation to chat with the customers without taking over the chat session.
