How do I create items in currencies other than my base currency?

To create items in currencies other than your base currency, you will have to Enable Price Lists.

Note: Price Lists is available only in certain plans of Zoho Books. Visit the pricing page to check if it’s available in your current plan.

After enabling price lists:

Go to Items on the left sidebar, and select Price Lists.
Click + New in the top right corner of the page to create a new price list.
Enter a Name for the price list and select the Transaction Type for the price list.
Select the Price List Type as Individual Items and choose the Pricing Scheme.
Now, select the Currency you prefer.
Enter the other necessary details, and click Save.

Note: You cannot edit the Transaction Type and Price List Type of an existing price list.

By following the steps above, you will have now created items with different currencies.
