My customer cannot locate the Pay Now button to pay for an invoice in the Customer Portal. What should I do?

Ensure that your Zoho Books organisation is integrated with at least one payment gateway and select it while creating the invoice. Once you share the invoice with your customer, they will be able to click Pay Now and pay for the invoice from their customer portal.
