Why can’t I enable customer portal for my vendors?

Only the customers of your Zoho Books organisation can access the customer portal You cannot share it with your vendors. If you want a portal for your vendors, you can use the Vendor Portal feature in Zoho Books. You view the portal link:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner.
• Click Vendor Portal under Preferences.

The Portal Name and the Portal URL will be available in the portal details section.

Learn how you can invite your vendors to the portal. Once your vendors accept the invite and log in to the portal, they’ll be able to view purchase orders, accept or reject them, view the payments you’ve made, and much more.
