Your data will remain in Zoho Books even after you cancel your subscription. However, you will only be able to view the data, and you cannot modify it.
Before canceling your subscription, you can either export or back up the data in your Zoho Books organization.
Warning: If your Zoho Books account remains inactive for more than 120 days, the data in your account will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Inactive user accounts policy. Ensure that you access your account at least once every 120 days to keep your data intact.
