How I do associate a template with a customer or vendor?

To associate a template with a customer or vendor:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Customers, or go to Purchases on the left sidebar and select Vendors.
  • Select the customer or vendor for whom you want to associate a template.
  • Click More on the top right corner of the customer’s or vendor’s Details page and select Associate Templates from the dropdown.
  • Click the dropdown next to the required modules and select the template you want to associate.
  • Click Save.

The template that you selected will be used when you send transactions to the customer or vendor.
