How do I check if I have exceeded the number of active users I have purchased?

You can run an analytics report to check if the number of active users has exceeded. Here’s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Click Analytics on the left sidebar.
  • Scroll down to the Activity section and click on the Active Users reports.
