Can I change my base currency?

Base currency is determined based on your Organization Location that you select while setting up your Zoho Invoice organization.

The table below lists the organization locations and the currency that will be set as the base currency for that location. You cannot change the base currency if you select one of these locations.

For other organization locations, you can change the base currency of your organization if you didn’t create any transaction. To change:

  • Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of your Zoho Invoice organization and select Organization Profile.
  • Scroll down to the Base Currency field, and in the dropdown next to it, select your preferred base currency for your organization.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Now, the transactions you create will be recorded in the selected base currency.

You can create a new organization with a different base currency if you want to use a different currency for the same location.

Note: Zoho Invoice allows creation of only two organizations per account.
