# How does Zoho Payroll assist in configuring Social Security?

Zoho Payroll will automatically associate the applicable social security benefits based on the employee’s nationality. To edit the configurations of these social security benefits such as the contributions and the maximum contributory wage, users can make the necessary changes in **Settings > Social Security**.
