# I am the only one who will be using Zoho Payroll along with my accountant. Should I still buy licenses for all my employees?

Yes. Zoho Payroll is priced on a **per-employee-per-month** or **per-employee-per-year** basis, regardless of who manages payroll operations. You’ll need to purchase a license for each employee in your organization for processing payrolls and calculating taxes accurately.
