# Can Zoho Payroll send email reminders for upcoming filings to my accountant as well?

Yes. You can [add your accountant as a user](/en-ca/payroll/help/employer/settings/users-and-roles.html#add-user) to your Zoho Payroll organization. This will allow them to receive email reminders for upcoming filings.
