# How do I deposit salaries directly into employees’ bank accounts?

**Direct Deposit** is the fastest and most secure way to pay your employees. With Direct Deposit in Zoho Payroll, you can:

*   Streamline payroll processing
*   Eliminate the risks involved with physical cheques
*   Ensure employees are paid on time

To get started with Direct Deposit in Zoho Payroll:

*   [Add your organization’s bank account](/en-ca/payroll/help/employer/direct-deposit/organizations.html) to fund payroll
*   [Enter your employees’ bank account details](/en-ca/payroll/help/employer/direct-deposit/employees.html)

Once configured, Zoho Payroll will automatically debit the total payroll amount for employee wages from your organization’s bank account and deposit payments to your employees’ bank accounts.
