Data Management
Zoho Commerce allows you to back up your organization’s data, documents, and audit trail to keep a secure copy of important records. You can also review the history of imported files to monitor the data that has been uploaded by different users.
This helps you safeguard your store data and recover it if needed.
Note: You can initiate a backup only once every 15 days. If a backup is already in progress or was created recently, you may need to wait before starting another one.
