# Integrate Zoho Commerce With Gokwik Checkout

[Gokwik Checkout](https://www.gokwik.co/product/kwikcheckout) is a faster one-click checkout solution that helps reduce cart abandonment and improve the overall buying experience. By integrating Gokwik Checkout with Zoho Commerce, you can auto-fill customer details, offer a smoother payment flow, and lower the risk of failed COD deliveries by verifying the customer’s address.

*   Improve COD success by validating customer address details before fulfillment.

## Accessing Gokwik Checkout

To access Gokwik Checkout:

*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **Checkout** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Request Access** next to _Gokwik_. A support email will be sent to the Zoho Commerce support team.

**Note:** The support team will guide you through creating a Gokwik account. After the account is created and access is approved, you can complete the setup in Zoho Commerce.

## Set Up Gokwik

Once you have access to Gokwik, you can set up the integration in Zoho Commerce. The **Set Up Now** option will be available in the _Gokwik_ section under _Checkout_ settings.

To set up Gokwik:

*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **Checkout** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Once access is approved, click **Set Up Now** next to _Gokwik_.
*   In the _GoKwik_ popup, enter the **Merchant ID**, **App ID**, and **App Secret** provided by Gokwik.
*   Click **Next** to complete the setup.
*   Open the test checkout link displayed in the pop-up and confirm that the page loads correctly.
*   If you have tested everything and the checkout page works as expected, enable the checkbox and click **Activate**.
*   If you want to make any changes, click **Back to Setup** to return to the previous step.

Once the setup is complete, the integration is connected and ready to use in your store.

## Reconfigure Gokwik

If you need to update the connection details or credentials, use the **Reconfigure** option.

To reconfigure Gokwik:

*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **Checkout** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Reconfigure** next to _Gokwik_.
*   Update the required details and save the changes.

The updated configuration is applied to your Gokwik integration.

## Deactivate Gokwik

If you want to temporarily stop using Gokwik, you can deactivate the integration from the payment settings page.

To deactivate Gokwik:

*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **Checkout** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click the dropdown next to the setting icon and select **Deactivate** in the _Gokwik_ section.
*   Click **Deactivate** in the confirmation pop-up.

The Gokwik integration is disabled, and customers can no longer use it during checkout until it is reactivated.

## Delete the Integration

If you no longer want to use Gokwik, you can disconnect it from Zoho Commerce.

To delete the integration:

*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **Checkout** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click the **Delete** icon next to _Gokwik_.
*   Click **Delete** to confirm in the confirmation pop-up.

The Gokwik integration is removed from your organization, and your customers can no longer use it for checkout.

## How Gokwik Checkout Works

Once Gokwik is configured and activated, the native checkout button on the online store is replaced by the Gokwik checkout button. When the customer initiates checkout, they verify their identity using mobile OTP. Gokwik then fetches the customer’s saved addresses from its network and displays the cart details, applicable coupons, and available shipping methods retrieved from Zoho Commerce. This allows the customer to complete the purchase within the Gokwik checkout popup.
