# Integrate Zoho Commerce with Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is a marketing automation platform that helps you create and send personalized email campaigns to engage customers and grow your business. By integrating Zoho Campaigns with Zoho Commerce, you can sync customer, order, and product data to run targeted campaigns and improve customer retention.

## Connect Zoho Campaigns

To integrate Zoho Campaigns with your Zoho Commerce store:

*   Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Navigate to **Sales & Marketing** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Connect** next to **Zoho Campaigns**.
*   Sign in to your Zoho Campaigns account and authorize the connection.

Once the connection is established, you can map Zoho Commerce fields to Zoho Campaigns fields and start syncing data.

## Map and Sync Data

After connecting the app, you can map the fields to determine which data should be synced between Zoho Commerce and Zoho Campaigns.

Typical field mappings include:

*   Email ID → Contact Email
*   First Name → First Name
*   Last Name → Last Name
*   Phone → Phone

To map fields:

*   Click **Map More** to add additional fields if needed.
*   Select the corresponding Zoho Commerce field and Zoho Campaigns field.
*   Click **Sync Data** to import the selected data into Zoho Campaigns.

This helps you create targeted customer segments and send personalized campaigns based on real store data.

## Use the Integration

Once the data is synced, you can use Zoho Campaigns to:

*   Create email campaigns for customers and leads.
*   Segment customers using their purchase and profile details.
*   Promote offers, discounts, and product updates.
*   Automate follow-up emails based on customer activity.

You can also use the synced data to run campaigns for abandoned carts, repeat purchases, and seasonal promotions.

## Disconnect the Integration

If you no longer want to use Zoho Campaigns with your store, you can disconnect the integration.

To disconnect:

*   Go to **Settings** and navigate to **Sales & Marketing** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Show Details** next to **Zoho Campaigns**.
*   Click **Disconnect**.
*   Confirm the action in the pop-up to remove the integration.

After disconnecting, the link between Zoho Commerce and Zoho Campaigns will be removed, and new data will no longer sync automatically.
