What are the NF525 certification details shown on the transaction PDFs?

To meet compliance requirements, transaction PDFs such as invoices and credit notes display the NF525 certificate details, the document’s digital signature, and the Zoho Inventory version.

The details appear in a format similar to (NF525) C 0724 YDmG Zoho Inventory v1.0.0. Here’s what they mean:

  • NF525 is the certification name.
  • C is the certificate category.
  • 0724 is the NF525 certificate number.
  • YDmG represents characters from the document’s digital signature.
  • Zoho Inventory is the product name.
  • v1.0.0 is the NF525-compliant product version.

If your older PDFs showed v0, newly generated transaction PDFs display v1.0.0 after the version update. The version shown on PDFs will change when a future NF525 compliance version is released.

Zoho Inventory records an activity log whenever the NF525 compliance version is updated, so you can track compliance-related version changes.
