Online Store - Overview
The Online Store module in Zoho ERP provides access to Zoho Commerce, where you can create and manage your e-commerce store. From Zoho Commerce, you can set up your store, customize its appearance, manage products, configure shipping and payment options, and track your store’s performance. Data from your online store is synced to Zoho ERP, allowing you to manage the related business operations in ERP. Zoho ERP provides the entry point to access your online store and view its setup progress.
Enable the Online Store Module
Before you access Zoho Commerce from Zoho ERP, enable the Online Store module.
To enable the Online Store module:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organization Settings, select Configure Modules under Setup & Configurations.
- In the Sales Channels section, select Online Store.
- Click Save.
Access Zoho Commerce
- Go to Sales Channels.
- In the Online Store tab, review the setup options and setup progress.
- Click Access Zoho Commerce.
If other users manage your online store, add them in both Zoho ERP and Zoho Commerce so they can access the required applications. Use the Add Users option in the Online Store tab to add users in Zoho ERP.
Build Your Online Store
After you access Zoho Commerce, create and configure your online store using the setup checklist:
- Choose a theme: Select and customize the theme that sets the look of your online store.
- Set a domain: Choose the domain customers will use to visit your store.
- Add items: Add the products you plan to sell in your online store.
- Set up shipping zones: Configure the regions where you deliver your items.
- Connect a payment gateway: Set up online payment options for your customers.
The checklist marks completed steps and displays overall progress. The setup made in Zoho Commerce will be synced to Zoho ERP, ensuring that your online store’s configuration is reflected in your ERP system.
