Yes, it is possible to view the list of all recent activities performed in the organization by all users, including the system updates, in the Org Activity tab under Recent Activity panel. To view the org activities,

• Navigate to the Home module.
• In the Home page, select Org Activity in the Recent Activity panel.
• Click View More to view all the activities performed in the organization by all users including the system.
• Scroll down and click the View Activity Logs to view the Activity Logs & Audit Trail report.
