How do I delete my Zoho account?

Once you delete your Zoho account, you’ll no longer be able to access the organisations of the Zoho applications created using your Zoho account. Ensure that you take a backup of all your data before you proceed.

To delete your Zoho account:

• In Zoho ERP, click the profile picture in the top right corner of the page and click My Account. You’ll be redirected to your Zoho Accounts page. (Or)
• Log in to your Zoho account.
• Go to Settings on the left sidebar and select Close Account.
• Click Close Organization in the Close Account section.
• Select the required option such as Close only the organization or Close organization & account.
• Click Proceed to close the account.
