How do I view the refunds of a customer advance?

You can view the refund details of a customer advance. Here’s how:

• Go to Sales in the left sidebar.
• Select Payments Received under Payments from the top module bar.
• Select the customer advance.
• Go to the Refund History tab to view the refund details.
