Can I import the details of employees who were exited during prior payroll?
Yes, you can import the details of exited employees.Ā To import:
Go to theĀ Employees module in the left sidebar.
Click theĀ More iconĀ in the top right cornerĀ and selectĀ Import Data.
From theĀ dropdown menu,Ā selectĀ Employee DetailsĀ underĀ Complete Employee Basic DetailsĀ and click Proceed.
Upload the CSV or XLS file containing the employee details andĀ clickĀ Next.Ā
Make sure thatĀ Employee Status andĀ Date of Exit fields are present in the file andĀ areĀ mapped correctly.
Review all the fields and clickĀ Import.
