Who is a primary contact?

A primary contact is the user from whose email address all the emails across your Zoho Expense organization will be sent. To view the primary contact:

  1. Go to Admin View.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the top right side of the page.
  3. Go to Organizational Profile under Organization.
  4. Scroll down to the Primary Contact section to view the primary contact.
