# What are our options if the credit card cannot be processed, or any other errors occur during payment?

If the error is thrown by the payment gateway, check and share the failure reasons from the payment gateway website. If the error is thrown during checkout (within the Commerce UI), copy the **Store ID** and contact our customer support.
