How can my customer update their card/bank account details in the Customer Portal?

To edit card/bank details, your customers will have to:

  • Log in to the Customer Portal.
  • Click the Edit button next to the card/bank details that have to be updated.
  • Update the card/bank details on the card/bank details page.

Note: Your customers can only update their card/bank details and not add a new card or bank account through the Customer Portal. However, when making payments for invoices using a new card, you can save the card for future usage for that subscription.
