What is the difference between Unpaid and Canceled subscriptions?

  • Canceled - As stated, the subscription will be canceled. It is like terminating the service for a customer and subscription will not renew.

  • Unpaid - The subscription will be marked Unpaid and will not renew. When the payment is received, it will automatically renew.
