How do I add custom fields to invoices?

To add Custom fields to an invoice,

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Invoices under Sales.
  • Navigate to Field Customization and click + New Custom Field.
  • Enter the Label Name and select Data Type.
  • You can choose to make the custom field mandatory and display it on the PDF based on your preferences.
  • Click Save.
