What is the purpose of adding a Redirect URL to a subscription item?

Adding a Redirect URL will direct your customer to the Redirect URL instead of Zoho Billing’s default Thank-you Page, after they complete their payment on the hosted payment page.

To add a redirect URL:

• Navigate to Subscription Items.
• Select a subscription item or click + New to create a new subscription item.
• Enter the Redirect URL in the popup that follows.
• Click Save.
