# Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program module in Zoho Inventory lets you create and manage customer loyalty programmes. Customers earn points on eligible sales and redeem them as discounts on future invoices, helping you improve customer retention and engagement across all sales channels.

**Scenario:** Bailey manages Zylker Manufacturing, which sells to a mix of regular and new customers. To reward repeat buyers, Bailey sets up a loyalty programme that awards 1 point for every ₹10 spent. Customers can redeem 10 points for ₹1 off their next invoice. Over time, this incentivises customers to return and consolidate their orders with Zylker Manufacturing.

### Enable Loyalty Program

Before you can create programmes or award points, you must enable the Loyalty Program feature in Settings.

*   Click the **Settings** icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.
*   Go to **Setup & Configurations** under _Organization Settings_.
*   Click **Loyalty Program**.
*   Toggle the **Loyalty Program** switch to **Enabled**.
*   Click **Save**.

Once enabled, you can configure preferences and create loyalty programmes.
