What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancelled your subscription, your Zoho Expense organization will move to the Free plan. Learn more about the features supported by the Free plan.

Note: You can upgrade your subscription any time to avail all the features in Zoho Expense. However, if your organization remains inactive for a period of 120 days, your data will be deleted permanently in accordance with our inactive user accounts policy.
