Let us take a look at some of the actions that can be performed on a delivery challan in Zoho Books.

Edit Delivery Challan

You can edit the details of a delivery challan. Here’s how:

• Go to Sales > Delivery Challans.
• Select the delivery challan you want to edit.
• Click the pencil icon on top of the page.
• Make the required changes.
• Click Save.

Download as PDF

You can download a delivery challan as a PDF. Here’s how:

• Go to Sales > Delivery Challans.
• Select the delivery challan you want to download.
• Click the PDF icon on top of the page.

Print Delivery Challan

You can print the details of a delivery challan. Here’s how:

• Go to Sales > Delivery Challans.
• Select the delivery challan you want to print.
• Click the print icon on top of the page.
• Check the preview and click Print.

Attach Files to Delivery Challan

You can attach files to your delivery challan. This can be done through:

• Drag & Drop: Upload files from your device’s local storage (a maximum of 5 files, each of 5 MB).
• Cloud: Upload from cloud storage services like Zoho WorkDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, etc.

To attach files to a delivery challan:

• Go to Sales > Delivery Challans.
• Select the required delivery challan.
• Click the attach icon on top of the page.
• Select the desired option and attach your file(s).

Delete Delivery Challan

You can delete a delivery challan recorded in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

• Go to Sales > Delivery Challans.
• Select the delivery challan to delete.
• Click More > Delete.
• Click Delete again to confirm.
