Leave Organization
Prerequisites:
- If you’re the last Admin and the only user in the organisation, you cannot leave. You must delete the organisation. Read our help document to know more about deleting an organisation.
- If you’re the only admin with other users, you must make one of them an Admin before leaving the organisation.
- You cannot leave an organisation if you configured integrations for it. Disable the integrations you configured or assign another user as an integration owner before leaving the organisation.
To leave an organisation:
- Log in to your Zoho Books organisation.
- Click the Organisation Name dropdown in the top right corner, and select Manage from the panel that appears.
- Under My Organisations, hover over the organisation you want to leave from, click the More icon to the right, and select Leave Organisation from the dropdown.
- In the popup, check the confirmation box acknowledging that you will no longer have access to the Zoho Books organisation once you leave, and click OK to proceed.
Now, you will be removed from the selected organisation in Zoho Books. If this organisation is available in other Zoho Finance applications, you will still be a user of this organisation in those applications.
