[Back](./) # Why am I unable to import my bank statements? If you’re unable to import your bank statements in the Banking module, ensure that: * You use a suitable file format to import statements. The valid file formats are: **PDF**, **CSV**, **TSV**, **XLS**, **OFX**, and **QIF**. * When you’re importing a PDF file, download the file directly from your bank’s website and import it into Zoho Books without changing the file’s name. * All the necessary fields are present in your import file and they are mapped correctly to the corresponding fields during import. **Warning:** If the statements are still not imported and a delay message appears, wait up to 48 hours to process the statements.
