# How do I check the stock of an item in a particular branch?

To check the stock availability for specific branches, you can customize the Stock Summary report. Here is how you can do this,

*   Go to the **Reports** module on the left side bar.
*   Select **Stock** **Summary** **Report** under the _Inventory_ section.
*   To customize this report for particular branch, click **Customize** **Report** at the top of the page.
*   Click the **Advanced** filter. You can specify the criteria as **Branch is in** and associate it with the required branch.
*   Click **Run** **report**.

Using the generated report, you can identify the stock availability for the branch.
