On the invoice overview page, the balance due is zero, but when I download the invoice, it shows a non-zero balance due. What should I do?

If Digital Signature is enabled for your Zoho Books account, you may encounter a situation where the balance due shown on the invoice overview page is zero, but the downloaded invoice PDF displays a non-zero balance due. This discrepancy can occur if the invoice was signed before any payments were recorded or if there were changes made to the invoice after it was signed.

Changes such as recording a payment or editing invoice details, will not be reflected in the previously signed PDF. You will need to re-sign the invoice to ensure that the PDF reflects the updated information.
