# I’m using Zoho Books as my GST Suvidha Provider. If I cancel an e-invoice on the GST portal, will it be automatically cancelled in Zoho Books?

No, cancelling an e-invoice on the GST portal does not cancel the e-invoice in Zoho Books. You have to manually mark it as cancelled in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

*   Go to the _Sales_ module on the left sidebar and select **Invoices**.
*   Select the e-invoice which you want to cancel.
*   Click **Mark as Cancelled** on the e-invoice’s Details page.

The e-invoice will be cancelled in Zoho Books and its status will be updated to _Void_.
