# I pushed a transaction to the IRP but I’m not able to find it in the GST portal. What should I do?

Once you push a transaction from Zoho Books to the IRP, it will be available in the IRP for up to 24 hours from the date and time when the IRN was generated. After 24 hours, the transaction will only be available in the [GST portal](https://services.gst.gov.in/services/login).

You can find the date and time when the IRN was generated from the **Ack Date** field located at the footer for the transaction’s PDF. To view the Ack Date:

*   Go to the _Sales_ module on the left sidebar, and
    *   Select **Invoices** if the transaction is an e-invoice or a debit note
    *   Select **Credit Notes** if the transaction is a credit note.
*   Select the transaction for which you want to view the Ack Date.
*   On the Details page of the transaction, scroll down to the footer of the transaction’s PDF.

The **Ack Date** field at the footer of the transaction’s PDF will contain the date and time when the IRN was generated for the transaction.
